Atelier LAGOM’s (“we”, “us”, “our”,”the atelier”) website (“our site”) and related services are made available to you in accordance with the below Terms & Conditions. Please make sure you read and fully understand our Terms & Conditions before placing any orders with Atelier LAGOM. If you are using a guardian’s credit or debit card to make a purchase you must let your guardian know about our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy before subscribing and/or signing up to our site.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

To make a purchase on our website you are not required to register. You can proceed to checkout, as a visitor should you not wish to open an account. To be able to use some of the services and features you will need to create an account. To be notified of any promotional offers, discounts and/or special events, you will need to subscribe to our newsletter. You do not need to create an account to subscribe to our newsletter, but can opt to do so once you have created an account and have signed in.
When you register, you are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects. The account password you provide should be unique and kept secure. You must notify customercare@atelierlagom.ro immediately of any breaches in security or unauthorized use of your account.

PLACING AN ORDER

ACCEPTANCE
Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an e-mail acknowledging the details of your order. This e-mail is NOT an acceptance of your order, just an acknowledgement that we have received it. Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Atelier LAGOM will be completed when we e-mail you to confirm the goods have been dispatched.
We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event that we do not obtain authorization for payment; that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item; or that the item ordered is out of stock.

We may refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason, or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from the website at any time, whether or not that particular product has been sold out.

ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE
In order to make purchases through the website, you are required to provide your personal details. Customers must provide their real name, billing address, shipping address, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated.
Furthermore, when ordering items, you will be required to provide your payment details, and you represent and warrant that the payment details you provide on ordering are both valid and correct. Our site is only available for use to individuals who meet our terms of eligibility and who have been issued with a valid debit/credit card.

PRICING POLICY

The prices are indicated in LEI including VAT. Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes over which we have no control as they are levied by your tax and customs office. As the customer and importer of the goods, you will be responsible for these charges. Import duties or tax costs will be invoiced to you directly from the appointed forwarder. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion.
For customers outside of ROMANIA, please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes during transit, over which we have no control as they are levied by your tax and customs office. As the customer and importer of the goods, you will be responsible for these charges. Import duties or tax costs will be invoiced to you directly from the appointed forwarder.
Atelier LAGOM is not responsible for any delays on goods that have been held back as a result of procedures carried out by your local customs authorities

PAYMENT

BY CARD
Payments can be made with Visa and Mastercard cards and are processed via EuPlatesc, a 3D-secure payment gateway provider. For more information on EuPlatesc, please refer to www.euplatesc.ro.
When you proceed with making your online purchase, select Online Payment as a method of payment you will be transferred to the EuPlatesc site where your transaction will be processed. You do not need a EuPlatesc account and there is no additional cost to you. For more information about EuPlatesc, please access www.euplatesc.ro.
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to Atelier LAGOM, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Furthermore, we take reasonable care to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site.

CASH ON DELIVERY
Payment in Cash are only available in Romania.

PROMOTION CODES
Promotion codes are non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives. If provided, they must be redeemed by the date published. Promotion codes do not apply for items that are already discounted.

GIFT CARDS

LAGOM Virtual Gift Cards are sold subject to the following terms and conditions:
* Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from date of purchase. After that time, any remaining balance on the Gift Card cannot be used.
* Gift Cards can be redeemed against all products on the online shop. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase services (e.g. repair services), however the use of Gift Cards for Made to Order/Bespoke products is at our discretion – please contact us to discuss this.
* Gift Cards are non transferable and may not be returned or redeemed for cash.
* If your order is less than a value of the Gift Card, your remaining balance will stay under the same Gift Card code, which can be redeemed against your next order.
* LAGOM is not responsible if a Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission and you will not be eligible for any refund in these circumstances.
* If you return products you have purchased using a Gift Card, the value of the returned goods will be refunded back to the same Gift Card as store credit and can be redeemed against next orders. The remaining validity period for the Gift Card will not be extended. If another payment method was also used for the original purchase, the Gift Card will be prioritised for refund, and any remaining balance refunded to the second payment method.
* If your order exceeds the value of the Gift Card and you have existing store credit, this can be redeemed to cover the remaining balance. All remaining balances exceeding the value of your gift credit or store credit must be paid by credit or debit card.
* A link to your Gift Card will be sent to the email address used to place your order once the order has been processed and the payment confirmed. This email can be forwarded to your required recipient, with a personal note included at your own discretion.
* If the Gift Card is used by the incorrect recipient we cannot be held responsible for that.
* LAGOM reserves the right to cancel a Gift Card if we deem such action necessary.
* Gift Cards are not redeemable against shipping costs.
* Gift Cards can be used in conjunction with promotions and discounts advertised by LAGOM.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

LAGOM aims to dispatch your order within 48 hours of receipt of payment details – excluding weekends, bank holidays and public holidays in Romania. This is subject to credit clearance and availability of stock. If a particular product is not in stock, or sold out, we will contact you via email to resolve the matter. All orders on our site will be shipped from our warehouse located at Macesului Street Nr.78, Cluj-Napoca, 400444, Romania.

RETURNS POLICY

REFUNDS
We want our customers to be fully satisfied with the choice they have made. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, or the delivered product does not match with your expectations you have the right to revoke this agreement within 14 days without giving reason. This 14 day period starts from the date the goods have been delivered.
We kindly ask you to return the product(s) to us in a new and unworn condition with all original labels and tags still intact and inside the original bag and packaging. We cannot accept returns of garments that have been damaged or worn. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of panties, briefs and bodysuits. Return items not accompanied by a filled out Returns Form will not be accepted.

Shipping costs to send back is supported by the customer. Please ensure that you use a courier or a registered service to send back goods and we suggest that you insure the goods as they are within your care and you are liable for any damages to the goods while in transit back to us. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of return.
LAGOM will contact you within 5 days (with the exception of weekends and public holidays) of receipt of the returned goods. A refund (less shipping costs) will be issued subject to the returned goods meeting the conditions listed above. If you have paid via EuPlatesc any transactional charges that might apply will not be refunded as these charges are levied by EuPlatesc and not Atelier LAGOM.

The return must be made by form and we will not make refunds to a third party. All returned goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they reach Atelier LAGOM.

EXCHANGES
To exchange your order for a different size and/or product(s) please fill in the Returns Form enclosed with your order and return it together with your order to the address below. E-vouchers, Gift Cards, SALE and FINAL SALE products cannot be exchanged for cash.

DISCLAIMER
We cannot guarantee that the colour you see will be the exact match of the colour of the goods delivered. We do our best to provide as accurate and exact as possible; nevertheless, some errors may occur.

LAGOM reserves the right to make changes and corrections to the website whenever necessary, without warning. Errors will be corrected where discovered and LAGOM reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any (technical) errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been acknowledged and whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your card has been charged for a purchase and your order is cancelled pre-dispatch, LAGOM will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
