All LAGOM products are handcrafted upon order and it take 2-5 days to deliver. However we aim to dispatch your order within 72 hours of receipt of payment details – excluding weekends, bank holidays and public holidays in Romania. This is subject to credit clearance and availability of stock. If a particular product is not in stock, or sold out, we will contact you via email to resolve the matter. All orders on our site will be shipped from our warehouse located in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.

To offer you the most secure and efficient service we have chosen DPD for most deliveries within Europe. Occasionally UPS may be used. As soon as your order has been shipped you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with the tracking number together with details on how to track your order. Please note that these services might not be available during the festive and pre-festive days. Also note that the estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only, and LAGOM is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes or shipping companies.

All countries we ship to: UK, Ireland, Poland, Hungary, Greece, Portugal, Spain, France, Belgium, Nederland, Germany, Demnark, Sweeden, Finland, Italy, Chech Republic, Lithuania, Austria.

We recommend staying up to date with your shipments progress in case there are any exceptions during transit. Please ensure that your email, contact number and shipping address are correct. LAGOM will not be responsible for any delays or additional costs associated with incorrect information.

We want our customers to be fully satisfied with the choice they have made. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, or the delivered product does not match with your expectations you have the right to revoke this agreement within 14 days without giving reason. This 14 day period starts from the date the goods have been delivered.

We kindly ask you to return the product(s) to us in a new and unworn condition with all original labels and tags still intact and inside the original bag and packaging. We cannot accept returns of garments that have been worn, damaged, have makeup, pet hairs, deodorant and perfume on. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of panties, briefs and bodysuits. Return items not accompanied by a filled out Returns Form will not be accepted. As soon as we receive your returned goods we will process your request.

The customer is liable for any damages to the goods or loss while in transit back to us.

Shipping costs to send back is supported by the customer. Please ensure that you use a courier or a registered service to send back goods and we suggest that you insure the goods as they are within your care and you are liable for any damages to the goods while in transit back to us. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of return.
LAGOM will contact you within 5 days (with the exception of weekends and public holidays) of receipt of the returned goods. A refund (less shipping costs) will be issued subject to the returned goods meeting all the conditions. Customers who have paid by credit card will have their account credited. Customers who have paid by cash on delivery will be refunded on the bank account filled in the return form.

The return must be made by form (you will receive the form enclosed with your order) and we will not make refunds to a third party. All returned goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they reach Atelier LAGOM.

To exchange your order for a different size and/or product(s) please fill in the returns form and return it together with your order to the address below.
Please NOTE: E-vouchers, Gift Cards, SALE and FINAL SALE products cannot be exchanged for cash.
